Lockers, postage and tracking
InPost lockers, Evri ParcelShops, home delivery, and confirming it arrived.
Ways to get your item
Sellers choose which of these they offer, and you pick one at checkout:
- InPost locker or shop. Pick a locker near you on InPost's map and add its name or code at checkout, plus your mobile number. When it arrives, InPost texts and emails you a code. Collect it within 3 days, any time of day.
- Evri ParcelShop. Pick a local shop on Evri's finder and add its name and address at checkout. Evri emails you when it's ready. Collect it within 10 days, and bring ID.
- Home delivery. Posted to your address with tracking.
- Local collection, in person from the seller. Collecting an item
For lockers and shops, the seller books the parcel with InPost or Evri, so we share your name, email and (for InPost) mobile number with them. Your home address isn't shared.
When will it be posted?
Sellers are asked to post items within 3 days. When they do, they add the carrier and tracking number, and we'll email you. You'll see the tracking details on your order page.
If the seller hasn't marked it as posted within 5 days, the order is cancelled automatically and you're refunded in full. Until it's posted, you can also cancel the order yourself.
When it arrives
Open your order and tap It arrived, all good. This completes the order and pays the seller.
If there's a problem with the item, tap Report a problem instead, before confirming. What counts as a problem?
If you don't confirm
If we don't hear from you, the order completes automatically 7 days after it was posted. If something's wrong, report it before then.
Your address
For home delivery, you enter your delivery address in the secure payment form at checkout. Only the seller of that item sees it. Lockers and shops don't need your address at all.
